We store the name, phone number, and preferences you give us when you sign up as a volunteer, and the details you submit when referring a neighbor. Referred neighbors have not directly consented to the app themselves — every referred record is labeled internally as volunteer_referral so it's never confused with something someone entered about themselves. Data is used only to coordinate turnout-support activity for this campaign, never sold or shared outside it.
